Meghan is Natasha‘s mother. They moved away when Natasha was younger due to her job and has recently moved her family back into the area.
She is a police officer and coaches the local girls’ sports team.
Meghan is encountered in version 4.1 if you choose to watch the sport’s team train. Although you don’t interact with her directly.
